Need to talk? Here's who to talk to

While I don't wish to get into the specifics of what happened over the weekend, I know there are a lot of people on here, especially young people who've never experienced anything like this before, in a bad way right now. Talking with friends and family is always a good idea but if for any reason you feel you can't or if that's not enough, there is help available. For Christ's sake, use it please if you feel you need to.

Even if you just have questions in your head you can't answer, there are resources on these sites that may help you come to terms to some degree and at least help you understand that what you're feeling right now is natural and normal in the circumstances.

Trying to find words but I can't, it's heartbreaking. But I say unashamedly and unreservedly that I've used services like this in the past and the help they give can't be measured.

www.turn2me.org is a great place too. Very supportive forums, free group support and online counselling. Some people aren't great at talking face to face or even over the phone, this could be a place to try.
