There are few items to do it on eBay but not sure if they are any good.
One of these is what you need

and a scart to composite
A video player
Connect them as normal except it will appear on your pc/laptop which then saves it.
And then patience as it takes as long as the video is to complete, you can then upload to youtube like >>

I may still have my converter here, can have it if i find it. I have never used startech ones but thats cheapest one i could find on Elara.
