Was rumours floating on that one Dodge?? Not seeing the reasonning at all there. A step back from any wide player they have. He's tall grand and if Nutsy is planning on hoofing he might use him but then if your hoofing he should have kept Kilduff??
I just don't get that one.

I wonder if they're signing for the First Division team? I know their continued participation is under question but they haven't confirmed anything at this stage.

If you lump so much of your budget into the deal for Fats you end up padding out the squad with what you can pick up cheap.

From the end of the article in the Indo about Fagan turning down Chesterfield it has this peice below. Kelly is Dundalk is interesting, don't really rate Grimes tho.

Meanwhile, champions Dundalk have announced the capture of well-regarded central defender Paddy Barrett from Galway.

They are also nearing deals to bring in Jake Kelly from Bray and local lad Shane Grimes from Drogheda United. Clarity on Richie Towell's future is expected when he returns from holiday in Mexico at the end of the week.

Will Dundalk be signing both Towell and Finn? I'd imagine were also in for both and will get one?
With Bucka to lead us sure no one could beat us!

Didn't Towell say he was staying at Dundalk if he remains in the league?

Can't imagine McNamee has a Big Love for a League one side though.... Gypsy head on him.

Lorcan Fitzgerlad has signed for Bohs. They've signed Marc Griffin and Dean Kelly as well, Kelly is now another to play for all of Dublin's big 4

No. He had 2 spells at Rovers though.

    Tolka > Crumlin > Oldham > Rovers > Pats > Shels > Rovers > Bohs

Crumlin to Oldham was a bit of a mad one. I believe he scored a shit load of goals for Crumlin when they won five trophies in one season and he got the move off the back of that. But Leinster senior league to League 1 in England? Strange one

He was playing in a UEFA Regions tournament for the Irish Junior team and got picked up on the back of that. I think he was top scorer in the tournament
