Maybe try a Newcastle United forum?

Brought my son last year, simply go on to their website ticket section select your seats and pay with credit card and pick up tickets at ground before match. Did not have any problems and its only a ten to fifteen minute walk from the city centre. Enjoy.

The ground is probably the best situated within a city of any I've ever seen. Perfect for short breaks.

Recommend going to the bar located in the ground if you have children with you , if not then the strawberry is where a lot of the newcastle fans have the pre and post match pints.

Get the newcastle brown ale into ya too , when in rome
    Never relegated

Lived in Newcastle for a while, you will get most games through the website as they will go on general sale. Loads of pubs around ground - the irish centre right opposite the ground does lovely guinness and is suitable for kids. Sam Jacks down near the Gate before matchday is great as has a dj who gets crowd going and has strippers on before the game as well. The Gate is like a shopping centre full of bars and Osborne road in jesmond is worth a visit for its bars with happy hour.

There is a woman in the Irish pub who sells the nicest sandwiches ever.
And Brian Kerr is in tears.
