Renner is the lad from Hurt locker yeah? I like Afleck too, but the only films I can remember him in are Dogma and Good will hunting, and Pearl Harbour but thats bollox.

And Armagedden, and Boiler room, and smoking aces. The company men last year is a good movie too, but he has made a lot of crap too (daredevil, need I say more?).
Renner is from the Hurt locker yeah. Also Hawkeye in the avengers, he's in the last Mission Impossible, and the star of the new Bourne movie. He had a tv show a while back called the unusuals, which wasnt too bad. Only lasted one season though.

Is smoking aces worth a watch? Heard lots of mixed reviews.
Didnt bother with the new Mission Impossible as the others were a bit crap, in my opinion.
I've essays coming up so I'm basically gonna look for any excuse not to study, might give the Town a watch later on.

The town is well worth a watch.
Smoking aces, I really liked. It is what it is, and thats a movie where loads of people die!
Check out MI4. The Mission Impossibles are all made with a different director, and each puts there stamp on it. This one was by Brad bird from pixar, so its basically the incredibles, with better action and gadgets. Its a really enjoyable movie. Best in the series for me.

Agree with Jim Smoking Aces is a decent flick, disagree about MI.....they are all shite even this one.

Tom Cruise runs in it and looks taller than he is.

If you think cruise looks taller than he is in this, just wait for One Shot, where he plays Jack Reacher, who is 6 foot 6 and weighs 250 pounds!

Thought that was rubbish too, lucky that the Captain takes the floor washer home and lucky his missus is exactly where he looks (shes hot tho).

2 major plotholes that without them the movie wouldnt have ended. if your going to make a movie with intricate smuggling involved at least make the smuggling intricate and not lucky....oh look "he knew that the captain would take the floor washer home".

GI Joe Retaliation is out soon, and the rock is in it, so I am in. Bruce Willis is too, so I am always going to watch it.
So therefore, sat down last night and watched the first GI Joe: The rise of cobra last night to get the back story. Sweet suffering lamb of divine jaysus, its a train wreck. Story is a mess, acting is terrible. Think the director was on crack. Sienna Miller in leather for the movie was pretty good though

Are you serious? Four Lions is hilarious Phil. You'll love every minute of it and get it all.
The bit in the garage when he's showing the lads his different voices is one of my favourite comedy scenes.

Cinerama on Phantom slaughtered it too. And most of the panel rated Borat as the funniest film of this century, wasn't like they were stuck up arty types or didn't 'get' Cohen's humour.

The dictator was awful, maybe I had expectations set too high. I've only ever walked out of three films before this.
