    Recently watched;
    Silence of the Lambs - top drawer, good psychological thriller. Followed it up with Hannibal and Red Dragons, the sequel and prequel respectively.

    Boondock Saints 1 + 2. Brilliant films, very highly underrated.

    Che: Part one, and Part two. If you've any kind of interest in the Cuban revelotiun or Che Guevara, they're deffinitely worth watching. Both in subtitles mind.

    Chronicle that was out a few months back was pretty decent too.

    Man that was one weird film!

    Haven't watched many films recently, as I started watching The Wire recently and I've been addicted to it since. Unreal show!

    Went to see Titanic in 3d recently and I still cant find a difference between standard and 3d!

    Last decent film I went to see was The Girl with the Dragon tattoo (Daniel Craig,not the Swedish one).Didnt have much expectations,only really went to see it so as to avoid an argument,but was the best film Ive seen in ages.

    I like the foreign films myself. The Swedish version of "the girl with the dragon tattoo" is fairly epic. Leaves nothin to the imagination. On Asian action movies gotta recommend the man from nowhere and ong bak. both really fun movies.

    The lives of others is a class movie. Nice story to it and great acting. Been a while since I have seen it.

    The secret in their eyes is a really good movie. Cinematography in it is amazing. Scene where he's in the stadium.

    Lastly my favourite foreign film. "die welle" which translates to the wave. If you have not seen this. It's an emotionaly thrilling movie which looks at the possibilities of a dictatorship in modern Germany. Get on it. You won't regret. Bought the DVD soon after I watched it.

    Forgot to add La Haine to that list. Very good movie that. In black and White.

    Recently watched Silence of the Lambs. Now I'm wondering can I skip straight on to Red Dragon or would it be advisable to watch Hannibal. Heard Hannibal is pure dirt whereas Red Dragon aint too bad.

    Great movie. I'm not much into German cinema, but I'd watch/read anything about the GDR no matter what side of the spectrum it's coming from. TLOO, though, works as a movie even if you've no interest in that aspect, it's such a compelling story.

    BTW, I've a few of these on DVD if anyone still uses them (instead of downloading) including La Haine, Old Boy

    Let me know if you want a lend, and I'll bring them to the next game

    Phil, if you're into foreign movies, get hold of "Incendies", a Canadian film made in French and Arabic, nominated for an Oscar last year. It's set in an unspecified Middle Eastern country which has loads of parallels with Lebanon. Incredibly powerful.
