Yeah, have known a few folks from there over the years. Some spoke in D4 accents, some spoke in Dustin the Turkey accents. The Shopping Centre being a mecca for the former.

Fair enough. I'm from there and I don't get this d4 image that is popular to portray it. Dundrum is anything but posh. I see as many loikes in pavilion's or blanch centres as dundrum.

Yeah I've noticed yiz get awful touchy about that! In fairness nobody ever lumped Dundrum in with the OMG crew until the Shopping Centre opened - I used to go to the old bowling alley there in the late 80's a fair bit (believe it or not it was the closest one to Palmerstown at the time) and there was never any shortage of scumbags hanging around the kip.

They haven't gone away you know....

And the q-zar in the bowler was like travelling into the future.
The centre is definitely more Geordie shore than jersey shore however.

Yes the rain was heavy but it was not like a tsunami where this woman would have been quickly trapped in her apartment.
Surely the water would have built up over a lengthy enough period of time giving anyone time to escape.

Could be more to this death than meets the eye, tragic all the same RIP
From what I've heard you're wrong and the post is a bit inappropriate imo.

Heard from a reliable source that the fire brigade got there within a few minutes and that her basement flooded entirely in about ten minutes. Both neighbours and the fire brigade tried to break in and rescue her but couldn't. Absolutely tragic for all involved.

Post edited no offence meant, a case of thinking or not, out loud.
As previously stated very tragic events both of them.
