I know its a MASSIVE, MASSIVE long shot but if anyone has an All Ireland final ticket going, can they send it my way. A friend of mine is a BIG Dub fan and has being to all the games and can't get a ticket.

Hang around croker near kick off. My mates do it most years. Got 3 tickets for the hill at the hurling final this year 5 min after throw in for €30 each. People get stuck with them (probably looking for above face value up to throw in) and get desperate after it starts. I know there is higher demand for the football but worth a shot. Plus it would be the next best thing watching it in a pub near croker if you don't get one.
go into the big tree pub about an hour or so before kick off usually a couple of tickets going around
mate has 2 davin stand upper looking to swap it for a 2 hill if anyone interested

Am I abnormal??? I wouldent watch GAA if you paid me... Looks like a lot of our fans are dubs supporters, anyone else not give a shit about the All Ireland final, or am I in a minority of 1??
Depends are you on about the GAAi n general or just the match tomoro? Couldn't care less about tomoro but two weeks ago was a different story.
i dont like it myself. owl lad loves it tho

try get dem off the garda outside
No you just don't like watching GAA. There are loads of your type out there and if you go onto GAA website you might be blown away to discover that there are some out there that wouldn't watch soccer if you paid them.
Other sports where there are people that wouldn't watch if paid include but not inclusive:
Rugby
Cricket
Americian football
Baseball
Hockey (ice and general)
basketball
Aussie Rules football
Darts
Snooker
Pool
Swimming
All Olympic track and field sports
Boxing
etc..etc...
Janey Rathcoole Saint, I'd hate to see how tetchy you would get if Laois got to an all Ireland....
No, you are definitely not abnormal. There are quite a few people like you, myself included. As I said here before, I'd rather see one of the Pats schoolboy teams win a pre-season friendly than Dublin win a decade of all Ireland cup finals.
I didn't look at any of the cup final last weekend (and didn't miss it either).
Who won the match?
I find it ironic that league of ireland fans bemoan fellow irish people for not 'supporting their own' but dont apply the same logic to themselves and other sports
I'm more talking about the many irish football people who wanted dublin to lose. And there were plenty
Jasus can you imagine having to listen to that crowd.......they're more bitter when they win than they are when they lose :-)
If it was a serious question it's important that he knows he's not abnormal..............if it was a wind up I'm bored and felt like carrying it on
