Things to always remember: Not only have we never been relegated, Saintmania is at least a million times better than We Are The Shamrock Rovers.

Holy jaysus how embarrassing can it get if your a Hoop not only are you a hoop and you play your "home" games in a council stadium but now this , makes me proud that me Da brought me to Inchicore and not to one of the many Rovers grounds when I was 7 .

The obsession some of our fans have with them is cringeworthy at this stage (and some are old enough to know way better). Sure they're cunts but just ignoring the petty arseholes works better than starting a thread or setting up a page on Facecloth every time somebody farts up there. Toe curling seeing grown men with references to them on a Pats jersey.

Yeah but there aren't hundreds of posts on here about cricket. People endlessly posting shite about Rovers and what's happening with them makes us ALL look obsessed with them. Not all of us are and none of us should be.

And yet you still click in a thread that you don't want to talk about?! Doesn't make sense. Come on D.

I'm not defending the Homeless threads, I'm defending all the threads and for peoples right to talk about what the fuck they want, as I said I don't like cricket so I wouldn't click on the thread. Some people go out of their way to click on a thread to let others know they don't like the thread!!

It doesn't appeal to some people talking about the Homeless, that's fine. But don't go out of your way (not you, just people in general) to go on to the thread and say 'this is a crap thread, why do you keep talking about it'. It's in 'Off Topic' so I don't see the problem? Until the Mods bring in 'you can't talk about the Homeless' people on here can say what they like. I've every right to comment on what I like, and like most, certain subjects are more interesting to me than others, so obviously that's what I'll talk about. I click, read and comment on stuff that I like, others should do the same.

I wrote something and my phone thought itd be funny for me t hit back button.and lose it all. Shorter now. We dont.mind talking about rovers, but not every day on a pats.forum. Why we click in? Cos rovers is indirectly related to pats, cricket isnt so can be avoided wirh knowledge no info is been missed out on. Add extra sentences t make this arguement longer cos my phone wont let me :-)

Nah I'd never argue with ye mate. It's all good!! But if you click in you are obviously interested in what's going on, so that's grand, but if you feel the thread is not for you but then comment about people posting stuff doesn't make sense. Although you must be bored at this stage telling me I talk about them too much :-)
