I believe these guys got a 'Tallaght welcome' when they were spotted tonight. Rovers embarrassing the league again.

I can pick out 5 or 6 teams that Rovers have a chance against. hope they get a middle of the road team that will knock them out and not get anything from TV rights.

Teams they could possibly beat IMO

Club Brugge. Salzburg, Zurich, , Stade Rennais, Austria Vienna, Young Boys, Anorthosis.

I really hope they get none of the above.

Thought that Thompson looked good in goal, took off some good saves and looks very athletic. Can we get them in the next round or are teams from the same country kept apart???

Really? I thought Thompson was a disaster waiting to happen. Pulls off some athletic saves for sure but he's unbelievably dodgy from crosses and really should have kept that second goal out... Reminds me of Gary Rogers of a couple of seasons ago

Fuck the next round we get him in Richer, Sean O Connor crossing to Hano* who lays it off to Dodge* for the thumping volley.

    * assuming both can get time off work to play.
