One of the football pages on Twitter was doing a "Send me your best hate mail" thing after you beat someone at FIFA. This one is just too good not to share.

Anyone else on here get their Eircom broadband upgraded to Efibre yet? The Wifi has gotten painfully slow on my Ipod since it happened, Web pages taken forever to load and some not loading at all... Never experienced it before connecting to various wifi's... (Internet on the laptop, Netflix, Xbox live all working grand)
Anything to do with what frequency its broadcasting at? 2.4ghz/5ghz? Might be your issue.
One love *** One club
Would that be visible through settings on the ipod or my router?
Found it, its broadcasting at the 2.4, theres a drop down bar but it doesnt give me the option to change it from 2.4 to another setting.,..

It's like that every summer in central Europe, time to start getting used to it
Yeah tried every channel number and the dropdown still remain frozen at 2.4... Gonna give them a call and see what they have to say about... Thanks anyway lads!
Fcuking hell. That Ironman thing looks ridiculous. Fair play TheSaintno.12! Enjoy in the weather
This is my third year doing tri's, but first IM event. its been a serious slog for the last 7 months or so. 20+ hours of training a week, double and sometimes triple sessions a day as well as a 9 to 5 monday to friday job.
Roughly :
2/3 swim sessions (2 pool sessions and a 3rd one added at sea when temps were better)
3 bike sessions (2 short (45km mountain climb), 1 long (building from 3 hours to 6)
3 run sessions (2 short (10km) 1 long (10 up to 37km))
3 strength and conditioning sessions
The mental side was the hardest towards the end. Life basically gets put on hold
