One of the football pages on Twitter was doing a "Send me your best hate mail" thing after you beat someone at FIFA. This one is just too good not to share.

Anyone else on here get their Eircom broadband upgraded to Efibre yet? The Wifi has gotten painfully slow on my Ipod since it happened, Web pages taken forever to load and some not loading at all... Never experienced it before connecting to various wifi's... (Internet on the laptop, Netflix, Xbox live all working grand)

Just had a look at that event, fair play. I really admire anyone that complete that. What was your training regime if you don't mind me asking?

This is my third year doing tri's, but first IM event. its been a serious slog for the last 7 months or so. 20+ hours of training a week, double and sometimes triple sessions a day as well as a 9 to 5 monday to friday job.
    Roughly :
2/3 swim sessions (2 pool sessions and a 3rd one added at sea when temps were better)
3 bike sessions (2 short (45km mountain climb), 1 long (building from 3 hours to 6)
    3 run sessions (2 short (10km) 1 long (10 up to 37km))
    3 strength and conditioning sessions

The mental side was the hardest towards the end. Life basically gets put on hold

The 2.4 is the frequency that your modem aerial operates at - 2.4GHz has greater range and wall penetration, but less user connections allowed, as opposed to the channels, which are really just the stations.
When you upgraded, did you get a new modem?

If it's mainly for browsing the net, get an android tablet, don't waste money on apple products.
