Former United player Brian Greenhoff dies aged 60, anyone remember him.
My dad used to play in the same youths team as him, had a brother called Jimmy who was a decent striker. Brian played for Leeds as well, kind of a 70's Phil Neville.

Remember him well: Good player for Man U. Could play any position in back 4 and sometimes in midfield: His Brother Jimmy was a better player and played up front. Rest In Peace Brian.

There's a few Leeds fan on here, what's the story with Don Revie? He was at Leeds for 13 years and only won 2 league titles, not an amazing record but he is talked about as one of the greats, doesn't sound that great.

Won an FA Cup as well and 2 poxy Inter City cups but he's no Ferguson, Paisley, Clough or Wenger.

    Failed with England as well
And Brian Kerr is in tears.

Isn't that he took them from nothing? Basically turned the club around and created a league winning side when they hadn't done much before? Changed the club colours etc

One of the best sides to play in England: They were cynical and dirty but played great football. Robbed of a European Cup and a league. Had the toughest midfield Bremner Hunter Giles but also had talent throughout the team: Great full back in Paul Reaney (George Best said he was the toughest full back to play against). They did underachieve and if they had a good goalkeeper(Gary Sprake was prone to throwing one in) they would have won more: I was never a fan but on their day they were brilliant.

Took the piss out of Southhampton i think it was held onto the ball for most of the 2nd half.

Not in a playing it between the CBs kind of way, they moved the ball all over the pitch.

The passport express is meant to be 2 weeks or something. No idea if they are sticking to it though.
There is no emoticon for what I am feeling.

Oh yeah i seen that, when they say express, how long does it take?

Judging by this, express is normal option other than urgent request, then you have to pay an extra 55quid for.

So everyone has to go through the PO unless its for an emergency passport?

Funny how it says on the article that

The cost of getting a standard adult passport through Passport Express remains €89,

yet the Depart of Foreign Affairs has Standard Passport for a person aged 18 years or over submitted through Passport Express service (available at Post Offices)
    €80

The A is covered up on the Achill so you could misread it as saying "chill islam" which makes it look like they're telling Muslims to calm down.

Anyone travelling through the airport keep a look out for Gary O'Neill who works in the security check area. Was going through yesterday and he stopped my bag cause the young lads ipad was in it. Young lad has his Pats jacket on and I accused Nailer of being anti Pats. Nice fella but prime for a slagging.

Heh heh. Found these while searching for something else completely on the web. Amazed they've managed to survive this long in cyberspace, they haven't been updated for a decade or so.

They've no right to do that.

Once your travelling within the EU, and have a return date before the end of the passport, you should be 100% safe to travel.

Some airline staff are wankers though
