1) You've terminated the match prematurely, and there's no going back. Since 2005, Law 5 has said: "The referee may only change a decision … provided that he has not restarted play or terminated the match." So you cannot now order a retake – you have to make it clear that the game is over, and later report what happened to the appropriate authority. This sort of scenario proves how important it is for officials to operate as a team.
2) No – allow the kick to go ahead. The ball is overlapping the arc, so the positioning is valid. The ball's contact with the ground can be up to 4.5 inches from the corner arc, with the ball overlapping but not actually touching the line (because the radius of a ball is 4.3 to 4.46 inches.)
3) Calm the situation down, then take the offences in the order in which they occurred. First, award a penalty, second dismiss the defender for the denial of an obvious goalscoring opportunity (known as "dogso"), and third, dismiss the striker for violent conduct. The fact that you hadn't blown your whistle before the punch does not change how you handle the original dogso incident.
Answers and the next one....

1. Goal stands
2. Book the player
3. retake free kick.
Playing for Joes team years ago the ref stopped the game cos we were "fuckin animals" his words. We asked him to restart after the 5th and final 22 player royal rumble but he said once he blows full time its game over. We somehow got a 3-0 win awarded to us which i duly claimed as a hatrick for me
So yeah game over for 1.
