Id say waterford and shels would be in the best position to meet the license criteria, but drogs and mons would get first pitch id presume.
Realistically the fingal players who pete will be looking at our Anto flood, Conan Byrne and Gary O'neill. I reckon anto flood will be in a pats jersey next year.
